Resource Consent Application incl drawings for exceeding permeable surface rules

Hi all, This is a small job but I'm looking for a consultant who can complete a Resource Consent application to enable me to do a concrete foundation under a large swim spa I've purchased. I spoke to council and doing this foundation would mean I am breach of the maximum area of impermeable surface allowed at my place so I need an RC. The consultant would need to be able to complete drawings and any drainage design as part of obtaining the resource consent on my behalf. I can organise contractors to do the actual work. It's a small easy job for someone I would hope, but I need to get it done asap.
