We’re looking to convert a two-story 7-bedroom house into two separate dwellings. 1 x 5 bedroom upstairs and 1 x 3 bedroom downstairs. I'm after quotes to lodge the resource consent, the cost of the resource consent, and any other potentially hidden costs.
