Drawings required for building consent for extension (2 additional bedrooms)

Looking for someone who can help get all the documents together to apply for consent for an extension. Property is currently 3 bed 1 bath, wanting to convert to a 4 bed 2 bath and add an extension to the front (roughly 25-30m2). The photos attached show the current floor plan and a concept drawing for the proposed extension and new floorplan (opening up the kitchen/living area, adding a laundry, adding another bedroom and ensuite).
