We need an experienced project manager to project manager a 3 unit residential house build (1 duplex + 1 standalone) in Frankton, Hamilton. The detailed plans have already been drawn up my a local architect and is in the process of filing the resource consent. The project manager needs to obtain quotes to obtain the best prices in the industry for the building material, contractors, builders etc. each unit is 150 m2, 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
