Fast Track Approval Application

We are seeking a qualified land surveyor to assist with preparing a Fast-Track Approval (FTA) application for the urban development of an existing dairy farm on the Hamilton boundary. This project involves transitioning rural land into a residential/commercial development, requiring precise survey work and compliance with urban planning regulations. Scope of Work: Conducting boundary and topographical surveys to support development planning. Preparing survey plans and reports for the FTA submission. Ensuring compliance with Resource Management Act (RMA), Fast-Track Approvals Act 2024, and urban zoning requirements. Providing input on subdivision, infrastructure planning, and land use change considerations. Ideally will have Experience in urban development and subdivision projects. Strong knowledge of NZ land survey standards and council regulations. Ability to work within tight FTA timeframes. Please provide details of your experience, estimated costs, and availability.
