Feasability report for property subdivision and development

Exploring subdivision and development options for my property. Have general bulk and location plans completed with the help of an architect based on recent resource consents granted in the same suburb/zoning. I am looking for a consultant that is familiar with Gisborne District Council resource consents/subdividing to do a feasibility report of the current plans that have been drafted.
