Building consent application for additional sanitary fixtures and sleepout

Hi, Looking for someone to prepare a building consent application to Dunedin City Council to renovate a bathroom in the main dwelling (install an additional toilet, install a laundry tub and appliances and replace a bath with a shower) and convert the existing external outhouse/laundry into a sleepout (including repositioning the existing toilet and installing a new shower and vanity) - see concept diagrams below. Ideally the application needs to be submitted before the end of the month.
