Dunedin Project Manager
Job description
We are looking for an independent, experienced Project Manager to oversee the renovation of four flats in December/January. Our strong preference is to award this contract to an independent Project Manager who works with individual trades, NOT a full service company that undertakes both PM and labour. The four flats are side by side and virtually identical. The scope of work is simple: * New kitchens and bathrooms * Basic fencing and exterior tidy up * Interior painting and basic freshen up of exterior windows and doors We require a Project Manager who has proven experience delivering in full, on time and on budget. The chosen PM will be responsible for hiring all trades (we have preliminary costs from several), overseeing the job, providing us with updates (we are based outside Dunedin) and ensuring all four flats are ready for handover to their new tenants on 1 February. I cannot speak highly enough of the work completed by Graham and his team. They took four dreadfully run-down houses and completely transformed them over an 8-12 week period. Their costs were fair and reasonable, their decision making throughout the project was practical and pragmatic, and their communication was excellent. If you need an exceptional team that can manage an entire project, hire them. They're fantastic.
