We dismantled a galvanised batch which is sitting in storage and need an experienced person to complete and submit a resource consent and permit from the council. I would like to get a digger and set it more into the hill and explore possibilities of making a hobbit house set into the slope with dirt put on the roof to grow a garden. I'd like to make a spiral staircase furthermost into the hill behind the dwelling to go to upstairs facilities where a selection of ideas will be planned. e.g. a daybed for reading with bookshelves, a cook house, a bathroom,
