Commercial Building Change of Use Application

I have a building that currently being used as a warehouse, I want to change the buildings use to a Gym. The building currently has 2 toilets which I want to upgrade to 4 Unisex toilets and 2 showers. The building also has a fire tunnel that runs from the front of the building to about 10m into the building that I would like to remove. This job is for getting the change of use application approved by council only. I believe this will include getting building consent for the changes mentioned above Building works to be organized by myself later
