Caravan living

Looking to move a 36ft by 12 ft static caravan onto a front yard, doesn't need to be connected to the main house it's fully self sufficient, just need a resource consent to send to the council for a better chance of the council accepting it and we can go ahead. It should be a super quick job as we have gone through the council requirements and as far as we are concerned we pass, we just need the consent form. We are taking out the front garden and fence this weekend as we are a slight time crunch so the sooner the better!
