fit vent for clothes dryer + balcony inspection

I need a vent for a clothes dryer fitted into a wall so that the big flexible tube thingy that comes out of the dryer can be attached into it, and the hot air will vent out from the garage (where the dryer is) to the outside of the house. The house is timber frame with gib internally and brick clad externally. It needs to be a universal or standard attachment - it's a rental property. Also I need the balcony inspected to see if it's damaged after the quakes, and a written report created for the EQC if it is
