Assess leaks on second storey and provide & install spouting spreaders
Job description
Hi, We've got two leaks coming through from our second storey coloursteel roof. The first was discovered awhile ago but thought was due to warped spouting from snow damage sending water back towards roof. The spouting is all repaired now, but the leak occurred again during the weekend rain and we've now just discovered another. We're fairly certain it's earthquake damage related, but require it to be assessed to confirm, in writing, for EQC and the insurance's requirements, whether this is the case or not. We also have some spouting from the second storey that needs some spreaders supplied and installed to provide better water dispersal away from the cladding to the roof. We require at least two, possibly more. We would like them to match the colour of the roof. I'll try to attach a pic for an example. We really need the assessment of, and report for the leaks as soon as possible. If necessary, the spreaders work can wait. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Tanya
