We live in Pcton and have a property in Linwood Christchurch that needs to have its building consent process completed. I was doing it myself and lodged the building consent with the council but unfortunately I got totally confused with the process and now dont know where to go from here. The house was relocated onto the section by Laing House Moving and Im sure all their side of the consent has been carried out correctly. There were some planned renovations that were listed on the orginal consent also but those renovations are now not going to be done. I have all the relevant certs for the electrial, gas, drainlaying and plumbing that has been carried out Thanks
