Wanting to add a sink into a small WC. As there isn't a sink in there already, we have been advised that we need to apply for a minor plumbing alteration consent. We would like the new sink to sit within the nook of a redundant second door. Planning to get this doorway closed off by a builder. Would like to engage someone to help prepare and apply for this consent: preparing drawings, sign off, making sure we have everything required for the application.
