Renovation for Strong Street
Job description
We need a project manager to quote for our mostly outdoor renovation. We think we will need more than one contractor, so we would like someone to look after the schedule for us. The job involves some demolition of a car port, existing fence and a back porch. We will need someone to break up the old driveway and lay a new level seal. We need a builder to create a deck with pergola, new fence and new back porch. Depending on cost we may need an electrician to take mains supply to the fence line for an automatic gate. We will need a plumber to help us move the hot water cylinder by about a meter Please contact us if you have experience and trusted tradies, thanks!.

Jim and co were very polite, honest and considerate builders. Impressed with carpentry skills, and attention to detail. Work included light demo, new driveway, large deck, pergola, planters and 2 styles of fencing. We will hopefully be hiring Jim again for stage 2 of our project in the not too distant future!
