The lease is subject to obtaining building consent. - Seeking a draft person for help with building the consent process - Site visit available Mon-Fri 11 am-1.30 pm - Empty space(no previous business), open plan with a toilet and a small kitchenette, 34m2 big - Cafe section: Coffee machine and oven for a cozy atmosphere; no commercial kitchen required - Interior design: appliances (coffee machine, grinder, ice maker, refrigerator, oven) and furniture (tables, chairs, kitchen island, oven rack) from the previous store I operated in Korea, arriving in July - Open to discussing outdoor dining license, while the main focus is in the kitchen area and indoors - Narrow nook with a wall at the entrance needs to be maintained - Seeking guidance on the timeline, budget, and building consent process Photos attached for reference
