Planning support needed - tennis club lighting

Hi, I'm from the Mt Albert tennis club. We have an old lighting system that it is now not possible to get replacement bulbs for, and would like to upgrade to LEDs, and ideally light 5 courts, at least 3 until 10pm. (current consent only allows 3 and off by 9pm). We have had several of our volunteer committee try to talk to the council about what's required but it's unclear to us how this process would work, or whether we even need a consent if we decide just to light the 3 courts as is, but change to LEDs. We have been in our location for over 100 years but do have houses very close to the edge of the courts. We'd love to find someone who can assist with navigating the council to see whether we can improve our conditions and prepare for the upgrade (we'll have to apply for grants for funding but can't do that until we know what we can do!).
