The Resource Consent for our property was granted in 2003. It was a land use consent for 4 townhouses and common area. The consent had landscape condition on the property boundary and approved landscape plan. Since then the project was commissioned and titles issued. Now we noticed that the Landscape Condition wasn't satisfied. Council never enforced this condition. We need to submit S127 Application to remove the Landscape condition and leave situation as it is.
