I am looking to purchase a house in Pt Chevalier. It has a bathroom which has not got consent. I am thinking to go ahead with it regardless and if successful will get this done myself because the owner of the property has produced signed statements showing that it was completed by competent tradesman, however it does not improve the situation with Auckland Council and the lack of permits/consents
