Project manage for a block of 7 units

Have a block of units without soffiets or drip edge flashing. Probably need to increase gutter capacity. Front top windows need injection of epoxy resin and some window joinery needs attention. A 47 year old concrete block building that leaks a bit in extreme northerly rain. Have some quotes for roof work and a building consultant. Are you willing to help straighten out this building in a practical way. My cowboy antennae has been activated - be warned. lol
