Renovation - 50 m2 foot print extension of exisiting dwelling

My project kicks off tentatively start date end of Oct ‘22. Cladding - weatherboard , area is mt wellington. New (kitchen , 2 bathrooms and a bedroom ) existing kitchen conversion to a new bedroom , Landscaping ,gibbing , drainlayin, concrete works , plaster gib stoping and paint Small note for roofing , truss for the existing dwelling extension part, the existing garage extension part would be rafter. As per the concept drawing attached . I require to do reference check of recent similar project size project done for another preferable auckland client . Individual specialist can also apply .
