Is consent required to move interior wall 700mm (may support roof truss ?)?

Need to know if building consent is required to move an interior bathroom wall 700mm. Will need either written advice that consent is not required or drawings etc to support application for consent otherwise. House built 2001 and plans available (but couldn't attach extracts under Builderscrack options). Attached photo shows part of a roof truss running east west down the bathroom (the wall to be removed runs north south and is 2.430m long). The existing wall is about where the gang nailed 45mm x 40mm bracing parts of the truss shown in photo 3 attaches to the 90mm x 45mm bottom rail of the truss and we would like to move this wall about 700mm east of this to give a total east west length of 2.825m. Roof is concrete tile and the low point of the truss is west.
