Our architectural designer is preparing the resource consent design for buildings and also detailed architectural design. We need a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) at least Category 2 to review the produced design documentation and get it lodged for Building Consent with the local Council. We need a LBP-2 person on a project by project basis as a contractor - not our full time employee. We are involved with a large number of building projects - multi-unit medium density master planned projects in Auckland and also outside Auckland. The suitable person needs to assist us for these projects whenever there is a building consent task is required to be completed.
