Assessment and Submission of Resource/Building Consents for Louvre Roof #2

I am planning on landscaping the back garden, including building a ground level deck and installing a louvre roof with drop down screens. The louvre roof will be outside the living room and will be between 15m² and 25m², depending on any consent constraints. The height will be around 2.5m. The majority (possibly all) of the roof will be over an existing concrete patio. Potential constraints may relate to exceeding 60% non-permeable surfaces and building in the outlook space of the living room. I am wanting someone who can assess the requirement for any consents and can subsequently manage the submission. Timing ASAP.
