Ensuite & Laundry cupboard addition to Sandringham bungalow

Hi. I have a 100-year-old bungalow (3 bed, 1 bath) and I'm looking to convert an old laundry and wasted hall space into a small master ensuite and laundry cupboard. I've roughly figured out how everything fits and now I need help with next stage. I understand I need to get building consent because I'm adding a shower/toilet/vanity. Need help with the consent process- drawing up plans and quotes for the job which requires some wall alterations.
