We are looking for a 60 square meter minor dwelling to be built on the back of our section in Beach Haven on the North Shore. Section size is 872 square meters. Quotes must be all inclusive for a turn key package including all council fees. Fixed price contract only. What we need - 2 bedroom minor dwelling New driveway including parking area for 2 cars Double garage not attached to existing house or minor dwelling We do not have any plans but have seen that most minor dwellings around the 60m mark are of similar layouts for the size. happy to use your designs/plans but again it must be included in fixed price.
