House Rennovation (add 2nd Level)

Hello, We have had plans drawn up for a rennovation and we are now seeking quotes via a tender process for the build. We currently have a single story dwelling in Remuera thats 130m2 and we're looking to add a 43m2 second level. Cladding is Linea weatherboard, roofing is coloursteel. Joinery is aluminium. if you are interested in looking at the job, I can send the designs across for review. Final engineering drawings are pending.
