Fix up kitchen

Hi there, We have recently bought a house in Eden Terrace. The tenants in one of the units must have overflowed the sink on one or more occasions and the cabinetry is damp and smelly and needs to be replaced. Also the sink doesn't have an overflow outlet which may be part of the problem and may also need replacing along with the insinkerator. If someone can manage both the plumbing and building skills needed to complete a job like this and is available to get this done in the next two weeks please get in touch. Thanks very much, Mark.
