Wanting to buy a property in Blockhouse Bay that has subdivision potential. Want someone who is familiar with the Isthmus part of the Council District Plan to do a quick illustration of the property and provide us advice on how the potential sites would fit together to incorporate need to provide fire hydrant and turning radius etc. We regularly try to buy a lot of property (usually look at least 5 sites per week). So if you can provide us with a great deal (or some other deal where free advice but follow up work needs to be done etc), then would be interested in hearing it. Cheers,
