We are removing an old garage and building a new studio (office, living space, bathroom, storage) in its place. Approx. 40 m2. Also adding approx. 12m2 to the main house. Plans are ready to go for consent. We intend to hold a tender process once consent is granted. We want someone who is a great communicator, who is happy to negotiate areas of responsibility as we're after the best quality for the best price. We'd like the job to be started ASAP once consent and contract are finalised. Recent references for similar work are needed and will be checked.
