We are seeking a License (LBP) draftsman that can produce drawings for building consent application with Auckland Council. This is for an extension of existing property. We have preliminary design concept plans available from which detailed plans need to be produced that satisfy councils requirements. Approximately 100m2 of living area is to be added as extension includes two living areas and a bedroom. Ideally we would be looking for an estimate for this work or otherwise per hour rate to perform the work. Thanks.
