Renovating garage to live in - need plumbing and wastewater connected

I am renovating the garage at my home in Kamo, Whangarei. It's a 1950s house. The garage (underneath house) needs water and wastewater connected between the cylinder and waste disposal. Then we need to get a sink, bathtub and shower in as cheaply as possible. Needs some way of ventilating, too. I also want a glass ranchslider to replace the automatic garage door, to make the room liveable.
