Certified Plumber needed

The piping located at the ceiling for the hot water tank is leaking,, at first we thought that if we close the hot water option,, the leak will stop. Apparently,, even if we are only using the cold water,, it still continues to leak. I have decreased the main water pressure outside the house to lessen the water that is leaking. Some of our friends told us that maybe the problem is at the Ajax Valve.. We just want a certified to plumber to take a look and fix the problem. We are at home during fridays and on saturdays. Thank you.
