After the Healthy home inspection, the following is required to be done. DRAINAGE Multiple drainage system failures have been identified around the property. Please refer to the photos in the appendix for more information. (1. The drainage system around the property requires clearing from built up vegetation and debris , 2. The cap is missing from the car port spouting, this requires remediation, 3. The front, front right and RHS downpipes are not connected to an appropriate outflow, this requires remediation) Need urgent fixing as the property needs to be reinspected for healthy homes and rented. Gaps/Holes: Finding: The Property as at 12 April 2023 was assessed to be non-compliant with the Draught stopping .Requirement of Residential Tenancies (Healthy Homes Standards) Regulations 2019. Reason: Gaps of 3mm or more detected at the property. To prevent unnecessary draughts, these areas require remediation. This could be in the form of new seals or draught stoppers. Please refer to the photos for more information.
