Bathroom renovation

My bathroom is small, 2mtr x 2mtr approx. I'd like 2 x quotes, 1st is for removing bath and overhead shower, and removing vanity, then install shower unit (must be 800 wide) and new vanity, plus heated towel rail, light/extractor fan. bathroom currently has tile sheets so not sure what walls will be like underneath. I'd like modern Lino on floor. Toilet is separate but just want new cistern installed plus same Lino on floor. 2nd quote is to replace current shower over bath with new shower over bath and new tiles on wall around bath, and glass screen. Remove existing vanity and install new vanity. Same towel / extractor / cistern as per 1st quote but with tiles in toilet.
