Piping in a new outside water tap and drain

We would like an external water tap fitting at the back of out house - to the garage wall - and also a water supply being piped through into the garage so it can be used as a laundry. We would like full drainage to be available to the landry and a small drain under the outside tap. All of the water pipes and drainage can be accessed via a large under house cavity. I expect this job would involve diverting off an existing water pipe and running this to under the deck (adjacent to the garage), bringing it up thorugh the deck and attaching it with a tap to the garage wall. I would then guess a hole would be put through the garage wall and the pipe directed into the garage so this can be used as a laundry. The garage wall is a composite weatherboard type construction. I would also like a drainage pipe running back from the garage and back to the main drain at the front of the house. There is good access under the house. The distances from the main water pipe to the new desired outlet is around 15-20m. The job is not urgent and I would aim to have it completed in January 2021. Thank you for your quotes
