Install new toilet

Hello - I would like a new toilet installed at the property at 95 Ruamanga Valley Road please. Attached are photos of the existing toilet. The toilet is located in a separate toilet room, which measures 0.79m x 1.7m (see attached floor plan). I would like this toilet installed please: --- --- Estilo Dual Flush Toilet Suite S Trap 3/6L White - from Bunnnings. I plan to replace the floorboards and lino in the toilet room - if you could do this in this job too, this would be a bonus. Are you able to dispose of the old toilet for me too? Please get back to me if you need any further information. Unfortunately it will not be possible for me to let you into the house to have a look at the job in person. I have the full property file from the Council however, should you need any further information from this. Ideally I would like this job completed on Thursday 24 March 2016 please.
