Leaky toilet overflow pipe & shower mixer problems

Quote to fix the following issues please 1. Stop the water running out the overflow 2. Shower is original from when house was first built in late 80's, shower mixer is hard to turn on and when you do turn it on the water dribbles out, and then the water continues to drip when you try to turn off. Have resorted to handheld shower for a while and now im over it and want a decent shower.
