Pricing required for plumbing and drainage on new building in Te Puna. I have most of the fixtures already, so will just be after pricing for pipes & installation. Drainage will be to outside house line as septic tank provider is looking after drainage from house to tank. Plans have just gone in to council so work will probably be 3-4 months away. House is timber floor with ample crawl space so no under slab pipework required. Please contact for plans, as they are too large to attach on Builderscrack.
