We require a quote for drain laying and plumbing for a 4 bedroom new build on Sargent Drive, Whakamarama, Western Bay of Plenty. The site is flat and we have easy access to a digger that can do the trenching from the neighbour. The house to be built is 2 bath, 4 bedroom on timber piles. In addition to the pinternal plumbing of the the house details of the underground equipment to be installed is as follows: - SEP4500EDT Hynds Septic Tank Conc 4500L Dual Chamber Elite Series + SEP3600POLY Septic Tank 3600L w Filter + P-ANCP 850 ltr pump chamber bia-b42a - Bowers 25,000l underground water tank + pump + Water filter - Drainage fields are 6mx10m Please include travel charge and an hourly rate for extra work in your response.
