Plumbing disconnection ahead of demolition

We are doing a small renovation and need the plumbing to the kitchen disconnected before beginning demolition. There is one tap and a dishwasher to be disconnected and a gully trap. that needs to be moved. We think the gas line (for the hob) will not need to be disconnected at this stage but will need to be checked. We need this done on January 15 or 16.
