Scoping a bathroom and kitchen reno (+possible dux replacement?)

Kia ora, I'd like to scope: - the plumbing bits [or entirety] of a kitchen reno - the pluming bits of a bathroom reno - the possible need to delete duxquest plumbing as part of these renovations I'm *not* looking for something high cost or high spec; functional and basic, but I'd like to feel out a couple of different options in terms of where the fittings currently are located within the rooms. I have a few ideas in mind, but need to get a sense for cost and practicality of some options. Thanks!
