Food truck

I am having issues with my water pump for my food caravan. Not sure if it’s the pump itself or if there’s air locks in the pipes. It operates from onboard water storage units but hasn’t been used for a long time. The pump works but water flow just isn’t consistent as if the pump is not drawing water and after a while it just cuts out… I have isolated things and the pump seems fine. Any help would be appreciated
