1. - remove/reinstall the toilet - disconnect/reconnect the washing machine At the beginning/end of the day on 18th December. (I am replacing the vinyl flooring in the bathroom) 2. Increase cold water pressure for the shower (this can be done on the same day or a different day, but I'm wanting to avoid incurring 2x travel charges)
