We have lots of moisture accumulating just below the retention wall, and it gets very messy after the rains. Looks like there is preexisting drainage behind the retention all, but that does not seem to be enough. We are looking to lay new drainage that will channel water into the house's existing drainage system. From the plumbing map attached, it looks like there is a drain pipe below the ground near the retention wall (see yellow circle marked). So I think the job would be to connect the new drainage to the old drainpipe.
