Hot water in the shower this morning was warm, but not as hot as usual, and didn't get warmer with use. The tank is not making the noise it would normally make after a shower. Thermostat? Element? Looking for someone to come and diagnose and fix/replace as necessary.

Tre and his team did a fabulous job repairing our hot water tank and flow limiter. I thought we'd need to replace the tank, but he was able to fix it instead. Had the best shower in years with decent water pressure again - priceless!
