Replace outdoor tap/washer

Our outdoor tap (affixed to the back of the house) is leaking - the tap looks to be pretty old (the house is 1930s, so I guess it could be original). I assume that we need a new washer, if not a replacement tap. (I have attached a pic; sorry it's the best I have). I know that it's only a small job, but I was reading your excellent reviews and saw that you have undertaken similar small-sized work, so I would be grateful if you might give me a quote for this.
