Washer put on 1 laundry sink tap, a hot laundry tap working and a possible new shower hose to be fitted

Definite: We need a new washer put on the cold tap on the laundry sink and to see if the hot tap can be used (at present it is impossible to turn on). Possible: Out current hose/full attachment for the shower is starting to show wear and tear but is still working. My parents have given me a hose/full attachment which I would be interested in having put in depending upon whether it is possible and the price.
