Slow leak from HWC outlet

We have a Peter Cocks low pressure HWC with mains coil fitted (see picture). There is a slow continuous leak coming from the drain (see picture) which I am suspecting is the washer on the blue valve shown. The cylinder has a wetback which mean that it occasionally gets a lot of heat from the fire, perhaps this has perished the washer due to its proximity to the HWC? I need someone to come have a quick look and quote for a fix. We'll have to proceed with fix unless the quote is exorbitant as we have to get the leak stopped. Although not super urgent, we are really wanting to get this sorted out.
